Open Outlook Express. Go to menu item:
Tools>Accounts
and go to the ‘Mail’ tab.
Select
Add>Mail
Enter your name e.g. Joe Bloggs
and click next
Enter your email address e.g. joebloggs@joebloggs.com (this should be all lowercase - even if you think it is uppercase!)
and click next
Enter your incoming mail server (POP server) e.g. mail.joebloggs.com
Enter your outgoing mail server (SMTP server) e.g. smtp.freeserve.co.uk
